For all Trip Proposal Requests

Thank you for registering your travel with us. We want to provide the best safety/security and preparation for all our staff as they travel with or without volunteers. If you are traveling outside the US or Canada OR you are leading an e3 volunteer trip, please start with this form. This will ensure we are able to assist you in the case of an emergency.

All e3 travel must be communicated and approved prior to the trip for expenses to be reimbursed.

Once this form is submitted the information will be reviewed and you will be placed on one of two tracks:

1. You'll receive a budget workbook

if you are traveling with non e3 staff OR
multiple accounts will be used to fund this trip OR
you plan to fund this travel from a Personal Support Account.

2. You'll receive a trip code to use in Nexonia as the batch title for any associated expenses you need reimbursed

If you only e3 staff are a part of this trip AND
the only e3 funds you plan to use come from 1 SC account

Please submit this form 3 weeks prior to travel with as accurate of information as possible. If any of the information changes, just let us know and we can make adjustments.
